- Work Type: W2
- Start Date: Early July
- Pay Range: $45-$52/hr
💼 Responsibilities
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and dashboards (Smartsheet)
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings (agenda, notes, follow-ups)
- Maintain project reporting and status updates for leadership
- Drive action tracking and accountability across teams
- Organize and maintain centralized project documentation
- Support project intake, scheduling, and resource coordination
- Identify issues and escalate risks appropriately
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 2-5 years of project coordination / program support / operations experience
- Advanced Smartsheet expertise (dashboard creation, sheet management, reporting)
- Strong proficiency with Excel and project management tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
