Biologist (Entry - Gene Therapy/GMP Manufacturing
SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for an entry level Biologist to join our client's gene therapy manufacturing team in Chesterfield, MO.

*M-F onsite, hybrid potential
Must Haves:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-3 Years of Experience in the lab working with GMP manufacturing
- PREFERENCES: Experience with AAV producer cell line manufacturing and testing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing biologics manufacturing purification processes and for the GMP manufacturing of biologics used in clinical trials.
- Developing and manufacturing process for a gene therapy product based on an AAV viral vector.
- Support GMP manufacturing readiness with respect to documentation, raw materials and equipment.
- Provide on the floor support as "Person in Plant" during clinical manufacturing.
- Review executed batch records.
- Provide deviation resolution support Process Development.
- Provide guidance in the development of manufacturing unit operations.
- Review development protocols and reports.
