SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for an entry level Biologist to join our client's gene therapy manufacturing team in Chesterfield, MO.

*M-F onsite, hybrid potential

Must Haves:

• Bachelors Degree
• 1-3 Years of Experience in the lab working with GMP manufacturing
• PREFERENCES: Experience with AAV producer cell line manufacturing and testing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing biologics manufacturing purification processes and for the GMP manufacturing of biologics used in clinical trials.
• Developing and manufacturing process for a gene therapy product based on an AAV viral vector.
• Support GMP manufacturing readiness with respect to documentation, raw materials and equipment.
• Provide on the floor support as "Person in Plant" during clinical manufacturing.
• Review executed batch records.
• Provide deviation resolution support Process Development.
• Provide guidance in the development of manufacturing unit operations.
• Review development protocols and reports.
