🛠️ Maintenance Technician - Bothell, WA

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a major lab migration project in Bothell, WA. This is a long-term opportunity (1-4 years) for someone who enjoys hands-on work with manufacturing and lab equipment in a regulated environment.

📍 Location: On-site, full-time in Bothell, WA
🕒 Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, with ~10 hours of overtime weekly (including weekends and on-call rotation)
📅 Start Date: ASAP (approximately 4 weeks from offer)
💼 Employment Type: Open to W2, 1099, or C2C
🧑‍💻 Interview Process: Virtual interviews with team members

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, utilities, and equipment in production, warehouse, and lab areas.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete non-routine repair work orders.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Document work accurately and enter events into CMMS.
• Escort and supervise contractors during inspections or repairs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and assist with equipment installations.
• Recommend facility improvements to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Attend training seminars and adhere to company conduct policies.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS or similar maintenance tracking systems.
• Strong soft skills: responsive, eager to learn, and adaptable to on-call demands.

➕ Nice-to-Have

• Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, food, or beverage.
