HR Business Partner (Onsite)
📍 Onsite - Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
💰 $50-$53/hr (W2 only)
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast‑paced onsite environment and drive consistency across HR practices. This role partners closely with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness, support employee relations, and execute HR initiatives with minimal oversight.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to assigned departments and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, development, and succession planning
- Drive consistency and execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across the site
- Independently manage senior‑level HR projects and complex employee relations matters, including investigations
- Coach managers and supervisors on performance, discipline, and employee development
- Partner with leadership to assess staffing needs and develop workforce plans
- Lead and support performance management and salary planning processes
- Develop and deliver HR training, including anti‑harassment, interview, and supervisory training
- Support organizational development and change initiatives to improve effectiveness
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role
- Strong background in employee relations, coaching leaders, and managing investigations
- Experience supporting performance management, training, and organizational development
- Ability to work independently and manage complex, high‑visibility HR initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Comfortable working 100% onsite, Monday-Friday
