SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time permanent Production and Packaging Supervisor - 3rd shift to join their client's team in Lancaster, SC. You will be responsible for communicating with the all internal teams to accurately plan the short-range schedule. As supervisor you will hire, lead, supervise, coach, develop, promote and discipline employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise all processes and procedures in respective departments and areas of responsibilities.
  • Evaluate, monitor and report employee, products, processes and equipment behaviors and performances.
  • Coach, promote and enforce compliance to cGMP's, SOP's, Safety Procedures and Company Policies.
  • Train and record training of the direct reports.
  • Meet all production commitments, working independently and making effective decisions while executing tasks properly, so acceptable product quality is achieved.
  • Schedule and participate in day-to-day activities in the Production/Packaging Department to ensure daily production goals are met.
  • Review production data and training records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Provide input and up-to-date summary reports for production/packaging operations.
  • Develop production/packaging guidelines and SOPs.
  • Coordinate and participate in regulatory external and internal audits.
  • Monitor the calibration/validation programs for compliance; reviewing and approving associated documentation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Three years supervisory experience in a GMP production or Pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience ensuring all safety methods are followed during daily production/packaging.
  • Supervising of cleaning and sanitation of equipment, utensils and environment within area of your responsibilities, according to the most current SOP's and FSMA requirements.
  • Good written, interpersonal and oral communication skills a must.
  • Strong skills in scientific technique, problem solving, time management and cost savings required.
  • Promote positive relationships and harmony within the team and company.
  • Available for 3rd shift position - Sun-Thur 11:15pm to 7:15am
