SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time contract Process Automation Engineer DeltaV (Biologics Manufacturing) to join our client's pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Lexington, Mass. This role will support the implementation of approximately 50 change controls to the DeltaV control system ranging from minor updates to complex, multi-month efforts.

*This is a hybrid role - 3 days a week onsite.

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7-10 years in process automation in biologics manufacturing
• Strong expertise in Emerson Delta V (no training provided)
• Experience with Trackwise for change control
• Proficiency with Kneat for protocol development
• Experience with bioreactors and biologics unit operations preferred
• Self-sufficient and proactive; strong communicator and collaborator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement change controls to the DeltaV system as defined in CAPAs and Change Controls
• Understand root causes
• Develop and document robust automation solutions
• Develop and redline Functional Specifications, Configuration Specifications, and related documentation
• Support validation team
• Perform code migration across environments
