SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a Warehouse and Distribution Associate to join our client's pharmaceutical manufacturing team onsite in Columbia, MD.

*W2 contract only; we CANNOT accept visa status candidates at this time.

*Monday- Friday; 7:30am- 4:00pm
*On-site at Columbia MD facility


Summary Description
The Warehouse & Distribution Associate is primarily responsible for completing general warehouse functions.

  • Labeling, boxing and assembling product
  • Verifying incoming product counts, conducting inventory counts
  • Using a scanner where necessary and reviewing documentation in order to maintain up-to-date inventory and assembly records
  • Packaging and shipping of finished devices
  • Perform QC inspection to verify counts, labels, documentation, etc.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 0 - 3 years of experience; Manufacturing experience is a plus
* Prior experience of GMP and ISO standards preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping
* Ability to maintain a safe work environment
* Proven ability to follow policies and procedures consistently and independently
* Excellent organization and prioritization skills
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ability to display sound judgment
* Computer literacy
