Job Title: Executive Talent Sourcer

Location: Manchester

Contract: 12 months / Hybrid 3 days onsite

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Rates: Up to £35 p/h

Job Description

SRG are seeking an Executive Talent sourcer to join one of our clients based in Manchester. The Executive Sourcer will support the Global Talent Scout and Executive Recruitment team by identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates for senior leadership roles across the client's business. This role focuses on compiling longlists and talent decks, talent mappings, conducting initial outreach and qualification, and delivering talent insights to inform sourcing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sourcing & Research
* Build longlists of senior-level candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external tools.
* Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify talent pools.
* Apply Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates.

Candidate Engagement
* Draft and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates.
* Conduct initial screening to assess interest and basic qualifications.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and candidate responses.

Collaboration & Reporting
* Partner with Talent Scouts to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
* Share weekly updates on sourcing progress, market feedback, and pipeline status.
* Support interview scheduling and coordination as needed.

Systems & Compliance
* Use Workday and other recruitment platforms to manage candidate data.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data handling policies.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or executive research, preferably in life sciences or a global corporate setting.
    * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    * Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
    * Experienced with Boolean and Boolean Operators
    * Creative and determined in candidate identification and attraction
    * Independent and delivery focused
    * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
