Job Title: Order Management SME

Location: Remote

Contract: Until 31^st August 2026

Hours: 40 hours per week

Rates: £18.48 p/h

Key Responsibilities

• Support UAT activities for Order Management processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with in house operational requirements.
• Execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes.
• Document test results clearly and escalate issues for resolution.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into business context and vice versa
• Ensure compliance with in house testing standards and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Order Management processes (Order-to-Deliver lifecycle)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Order Management modules
• Familiarity with UAT methodologies and test management tools
• Proactive in identifying inconsistencies and resolving them effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• English speaker

Highly Desirable

• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) environmental experience, Supply Network Collaboration (SNC), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) would be an asset
• Operational experience in consumer goods or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to adapt between testing and operational roles as needed.
