Job Title: Manufacturing Planner

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Hampshire (Site Based)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

SRG are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Planner to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Hampshire. This role will be responsible for developing and managing short-term production plans, ensuring customer demand is met while maximising manufacturing efficiency and inventory performance.

You work closely with various stakeholders to coordinate production activities, monitor inventory levels, manage planning data, and support the successful delivery of manufacturing targets.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing/Production Planning or similar roles
• Experience using SAP APO, or similar planning systems.
• Experience managing production schedules and inventory levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience within regulated manufacturing sectors.
