Job Title: Transport Coordinator

Contract: 4 Month FTC

We're recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business on a 4 month fixed-term contract. You will work within a busy supply chain team and will be responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, tracking deliveries, managing transport providers, ensuring import/export documentation is accurate, and helping maintain smooth product flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track and trace shipments, resolving any delays or issues.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure import/export documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Manage transport capacity and arrange shipments as required.
• Produce KPI reports and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Experience within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, supply chain, or import/export coordination.
• Understanding of transport processes and customs requirements.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.
